Value Delivered

By applying today’s leading-edge technologies, Harry helps clients implement the complete, fully integrated, single-source solutions they need for success in the current facilities environment.

Highly skilled at assessing a project’s core requirements, he draws upon his broad contracting, engineering, maintenance and service background to identify ways clients can effectively use Mesa’s expert mobile services, direct digital controls and retrofit capabilities to improve their facilities’ operations, reduce energy consumption and lower costs.

The result is innovative, high-quality solutions that deliver maximum performance and continuous value.

Expertise

Harry has worked in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry since 1985. In addition to his experience with mechanical systems retrofits, he has held leadership positions in general management, sales management, operations and maintenance.

During that time, he has helped a broad array of clients formulate practical, economical preventive maintenance programs that increase reliability, reduce system downtime and lengthen equipment lifespans.

In addition, his more than $85 million worth of mechanical retrofits have provided a variety of significant benefits, including substantial energy savings.

His client and project experience ranges from CB Richard Ellis, PM Realty Group, Manulife Plaza, City National Plaza and other major high-rise clients and venues to the Sheraton Anaheim and Disneyland Hotels, the John Wayne Airport and the Toyota Technical Center.

Harry earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University at Fullerton. His professional affiliations include BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), CSHE (California Society of Hospital Engineers), ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Managers), IFMA (International Facility Managers Association), and AEE (Association of Energy Engineers).
