Light Levels If an area is found that’s either under lit or over lit for the needs of the occupants, it can be simply addressed without changing fixtures.

Light Efficiency With new fixtures or new lamps, LED or efficient fluorescent bulbs, the goal is to find the proper light level (and color) with less energy use.

Lighting Controls To achieve the proper amount of light for less energy, use occupancy sensors or updated scheduling to review when lights need to be on, and use dimmers or daylight sensors to determine if lights should be on at the same levels.
