Expertise

Before joining Mesa Energy, Marshall spent 21 years working in the industry, which included 15 years of sales experience and seven years as a Service Sales Manager in the Phoenix and Tucson markets. Most recently, he helped direct an enterprise service sales team working with national and global accounts.

Thanks to his leadership, teams that Marshall has managed have been able to deliver consistent and sustainable growth and maintain outstanding client retention. His proudest accomplishment is the exceptional employee engagement ratings he has received form his team members over the years. 

Marshall earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State and his master’s degree in adult training and development from Arizona State.
 

The Personal Side

Marshall spends his free time with his daughter and two sons. He loves to travel and backpack and is an avid road and trail runner who has completed multiple marathons.
