Sal oversees all branch operations and project delivery for EMCOR Services Mesa Energy’s Bakersfield office, including our plumbing and building automation services. He is responsible for driving growth opportunities and developing strategy to help increase our market presence throughout California’s Central Valley.
Excellent at establishing solid relationships, Sal serves to foster employee development and ongoing customer satisfaction. He is also a driving force in our corporate safety culture.
Expertise
An HVAC professional for more than 28 years, Sal started in the industry as a service mechanic. Throughout the course of his career, he advanced into positions as Foreman, Project Manager, and Service Manager.
Prior to his current role with EMCOR Services Mesa Energy, he was our Director of Service Operations. Before joining Mesa, Sal also served in a sales position with Johnson Controls, where he developed and secured service contracts and retrofit projects.
Sal attended United Association Local 460, earning Journeyman and Foreman status.

In Sal’s free time, he enjoys traveling, vacationing with family and friends, and fishing. He is also an avid sports enthusiast.
