Nathan manages all aspects of the commissioning (Cx) and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) department. His responsibilities include project management, hiring and managing qualified professionals, qualifying and developing projects, and maintaining the highest quality standards and procedures for our Cx and TAB projects.
Expertise
Nathan has over 20 years of experience in the TAB and Cx industry. While attending college for radiology, he began working part-time for Penn Air and quickly discovered that he enjoyed the challenge of testing and troubleshooting mechanical systems. He then pursued his TAB Technician certification, became a Test and Balance Engineer, and obtained the Commissioning Authority certification.
Nathan has performed TAB and Cx on major construction projects, mainly focusing on federal and military installations. In addition, he was responsible for managing several branch offices for Penn Air, including Honolulu and San Diego.
Nathan joined the Mesa team as a Senior Cx Specialist and was quickly promoted to Director of the Cx and TAB division.
The Personal Side
Nathan, along with his wife and son, enjoy family dinners, hiking, biking, running, and road trips to national parks. He spends his personal time coaching his son’s Little League baseball team, woodworking, reading, and volunteering at church.
