Silvio is a seasoned safety leader with over a decade of experience fostering people-first safety cultures. He has held pivotal roles at major organizations, including TK Elevator, AT&T, and Kohl’s.
Throughout his career, Silvio possesses extensive expertise in modern safety management systems, analytical engineering, and root cause analysis. He earned his master’s in occupational safety and health from Columbia Southern University and a bachelor’s in criminal justice from California Baptist University.
The Personal Side
Outside of work, Silvio enjoys traveling in his RV with his wife and two dogs, spending time outdoors, entertaining family, cooking, and competing in cycling events.
