Vice President of Applied Services
As Director of the Applied Services Division of EMCOR Services Mesa Energy, Jeff is responsible for service of large tonnage equipment. Within the division and under his leadership are 53 technicians in 11 Mesa offices.
Through each of these local offices, Jeff is responsible for establishing and overseeing standard practice guidelines for large tonnage service, establishing technical programs that include a national technical literature library, and helping to expand the business by adding qualified technicians to the team.
An experienced manager with over 25 years of industry experience, Jeff boasts a strong background in sales, finance, estimating, operations, service, and administrative expertise.
As a technician, Jeff completed courses in centrifugal fundamentals and overhauls, York rotary screw chillers, and variable frequency drives, among others. From his knowledge of the brass tacks of the business, he became a foreman responsible for a 12-man field service team and his leadership continued to flourish.
He has served as a service supervisor and a territory service manager, gaining greater responsibility in areas of financial reporting and forecasting, administration, hiring, job estimations for sales teams, and leadership for field service personnel.
Jeff’s education and experience range from attending the Joint Journeyman Apprentice Training Center to completing Babson College’s MCAA/ALI Executive Program.
He is an EMCOR National Applied Steering Committee member and stays active within the industry by serving as a JJATC committee member. He also served as a Local 296 instructor for a number of years.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys mountain biking, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
