Kristi oversees operations at all of Mesa’s Southern California branches and supervises our UX, service, and contracts departments. Specializing in process efficiency, she helps ensure our maintenance and retention strategies are practical and sustainable and that our service department is focused on customer satisfaction.

Additionally, Kristi trains all operations-based positions, equipping her team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. She believes in fostering a culture where exceptional customer service is the norm.

Expertise

Joining the team in 2009 as a temp employee, Kristi was subsequently hired full time as a dispatcher. She went on to work her way into her current role, building an in-depth understanding of our field operations in the process and getting opportunities to work with each of our Southern California teams as well as our maintenance and national accounts departments.

During her tenure, Kristi has fostered deep relationships with employees across our branches. She leveraged these relationships when planning, executing, and managing updates to our enterprise resource planning database, which helped improve our performance, security, and functionality. Further, she co-founded our UX department, channeling her skills in process efficiency and technology innovation.

Before working at Mesa, Kristi was a special education teacher and enjoys helping others learn and flourish.

Kristi is an avid traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. She enjoys diving into a good book, swimming, exploring beaches, and the excitement of cheering for her favorite sports teams.
